i must have been listening to a different album because there are so many different styles represented on this album. she has been criticized for just the opposite of what you are saying.there are a few ballads, a few really “pop” songs, some rock and folk mixed in. i love the diversity of this album and the one thing it isn’t is redundant. i think she’ s a really talented songwriter and the lyrics in her songs have meaning which is refreshing to me.
