Josh and the Empty Pockets
In reviewing a number of new musicians on the web and in different trade mags, we came across a young group of musicians out of my hometown of Chicago. The band is "Josh and the Empty Pockets" featuring Josh Solomon as the lead singer. Now I have not had the great chance to see them perform live but listening to their tunes on MySpace and on their website, I will say they have some great tunes. At the opening concert of their world tour, Bravery and Green Day rocked the house. July 3rd, Bravery took the stage at Seattle’s Key Arena to kick off the Green Day concert and was simply awesome.
